Breakfast

7.30 a.m. – 10 a.m.

Mornings at Elgus taste of goodness. A fully refurbished breakfast room and an abundant, lovingly curated buffet with international dishes to suit every taste welcome guests in a cosy, bright atmosphere. Freshly baked bread, homemade jams, fresh seasonal fruit: every detail is designed to give you a calm, enjoyable start to the day. Because a good day begins with a good breakfast.

Afternoon snack

4.30 p.m. – 5.30 p.m.

The sweetest moment of the afternoon. After a walk in the forest or a few hours of pure relaxation in the spa, you can look forward to a buffet featuring homemade sweet treats, artisanal ice cream, filter coffee, and hot tea. A break that makes you feel pampered and at home as you indulge unhurriedly in our little delights.

Dinner

7 p.m. – 8.45 p.m.

In the evening, the dining room at our hotel in Trentino with ¾ board transforms. Beautifully laid tables, the soft glow of candlelight, the scent of fresh flowers … and a five-course à la carte menu that captures the essence of the mountains in its flavours. Classic traditional dishes and modern reinterpretations, expertly prepared by our kitchen team, led by chef Antonino Acqua. For our younger guests, we offer meals designed especially for them, which they can enjoy at the miniclub together with their friends.
