Spa Manager
With a diploma in Spa Management and qualifications as a beautician and beauty therapist, Chiara has built up a wealth of experience at high-end wellness centres over the years. She is responsible for drafting and updating the treatment menu, selecting skincare partners who respect both the environment and our guests’ skin, and creating a range of wellness services that draws inspiration from the local area and nature. Cheerful and attentive, she immediately understands what each guest needs.

New for 2026! The Family Spa at our hotel with pool in Trentino is a child-friendly space: fun, relaxing, and designed to meet the needs of families. It features a fantastic indoor and outdoor pool (depths ranging from 10cm to 110cm) with water slides, a family bio-sauna, a relaxation area, and a refreshment corner.
New for 2026! From 2026, we will have a magnificent Forest Rooftop featuring a rooftop infinity pool, a Finnish sauna for infusions, a Swiss-stone-pine steam room, a contrast shower, and relaxation areas. For an experience that recharges you from the inside out – exclusively for adults!
A wellness area open to the whole family: peaceful and restorative. It features an indoor pool, a whirlpool, a Mediterranean bath, a relaxation area with canopies, sensory showers, a salt room, and a refreshment corner, as well as the new Technogym gym.
Elgus Nature Retreat’s Nature Spa features an outdoor pool with whirlpool, a relaxation area with water beds and chromotherapy, hay beds, a refreshment corner, plus a nude area with a Finnish sauna, steam room, cold contrast shower, Kneipp path, and relaxation area with fireplace.
The highlight of this spa? The pool menu, which you can enjoy in the sunshine without having to move.
Beauty centre and treatments
Another new arrival for 2026 is our beauty centre, which includes a treatment room for couples, a shop, a reception area, and a lobby. This is where you’ll enjoy our sophisticated treatments, personalised rituals, and invigorating massages. Our team will be on hand to recommend the treatments best suited to you.
Spa shop
Do you recognise the scent of the oil? That’s right – it’s the scent of Mount Baldo. Our top-quality products are locally sourced and carefully selected by our spa manager, Chiara. If you wish, you can purchase the products from the spa shop.
